Asklepios Klinken
With 160 hospitals and healthcare facilities and more than 47,000 employees, Asklepio’s size requires modern solutions for all workstations, whilst avoiding unnecessary costs at the same time. The group was able to save more than 50 percent in costs with used licences from PREO.
Atruvia AG
After the merger of the two insitutes Fiducia in Karlsruhe and GAD in Münster to Atruvia, the IT service provider went into the cloud. PREO supported Atruvia in merging two extensive licence histories and legal matters. With the help of PREO, over 150,000 licences became legally tradable.
LMT GROUP
The LMT Group manufactures special machines and precision tools with 2,300 employees across 20 locations. Following a big software asset review, the IT department developed a hybrid software landscape for over 2,000 workstations. Integrating used software meant a saving of almost one million euros.

With almost 5,000 employees, Schüco is a global market leader in windows and facade systems. Before buying used software, the company had lawyers analyse the quality of providers. NEHLSEN
Nehlsen is one of the biggest German waste disposal companies. A few years ago, the task was to harmonise software on 500 workstations at the level of older releases. This is where PREO came onto the scene. There were savings of 265,000 euros in the first step alone.
KREISKRANKENHAUS DEMMIN
Kreiskrankenhaus Demmin has backed used software since 2015. But there was a little surprise during a licence audit by Microsoft. While 100 percent of licences acquired from PREO were classified as ‘no fault found’, this was not the case for used licences from other sources...
